Whether it's our lead-acid charger or lithium battery charger, our company's products feature a national V0 flame-retardant alloy plastic shell and power cord, achieving fire-retardant effects. The new material is durable and resistant to impact. The power cord meets national compulsory CCC certification standards, also possessing fire-retardant effects, ensuring safer and more secure use for users. The product design includes over-temperature protection during charging. If the fan stops or the charger's internal temperature rises due to covering by clothes, etc., the charger will automatically reduce power and shut down to protect personal and property safety. It also features automatic shutdown upon full charge, preventing continuous current input to avoid overcharging. After shutdown, the charger retains a 100% indicator light to easily identify the battery's full state. The charger also has zero-voltage output under no-load and output short-circuit protection, complying with national standards for safer and more secure use.
During the design process, the product adopts a lengthened and thickened power cord for users' convenience in accessing nearby power sources. The product's self-developed reverse connection protection function automatically activates in case of battery polarity reversal during charging, preventing damage due to reverse-connected batteries, with an indicator light to signal the condition. The product features a patented adjustable positive and negative pole function, allowing easy adjustment of power polarity on the charger's output plug for normal charging operations. The product design includes a fan dust filter to effectively prevent external dust from entering the charger, prolonging its life.The product utilizes overcharge protection and multi-stage charging modes, allowing users to judge the battery's charging status and proportion of charging power by observing the battery percentage indicator lights.

The product uses imported DSP chips and incorporates pulse repair function during charging to protect the battery, preventing water loss, voltage imbalance, and individual cell lag, effectively extending battery life. The product's temperature compensation function automatically adjusts charging voltage in high-temperature conditions in summer to prevent overcharging due to high voltage. Similarly, in low-temperature conditions in winter, the temperature compensation function automatically increases charging voltage, allowing the electric vehicle to charge fuller and run farther, truly achieving no overcharging in summer and no undercharging in winter."
